Members Event – Scaling Operations
April 5 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm| Free - $25
Join us on April 5th at HomeAway for a lively discussion with local entrepreneurs on how to scale your growing enterprise. It can be difficult to step outside of the day-to-day of managing your business to take a critical look at the big picture. Our expert panel will discuss strategies for…
- Building Your Team. When, and who, should you hire? And, how to cope with the process of letting go of all the hats you currently wear to delegate to your new team.
- Evolving from Scrappiness to Strategy. Being scrappy is a boon to newborn businesses, but when is the right time to grow into a more strategic, process-oriented framework?
- Setting Priorities. You can’t possibly do it all at once, so how do you figure out what’s most critical?
